Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Details regarding regulations for sending and returning see general conditions. It is important that we expect you to carry out the following checks when receiving goods:
- Everything is there
- Is the packaging not damaged?
- Is the material not damaged?
If you see imperfections, we ask you to notify us within 48 hours. Any claims for damages that are submitted later will no longer be accepted.
